Overall very good - website is well designed and easy to navigate. Shipping was a bit behind schedule but no real concerns here
CT sets a very high standard of service and in my experience meets it.
Delivery was late but staff were very helpful and offered to refund postage/delivery costs.

collar size different from most other makes--too tight. Poplin disappointing quality.
Service excellent both on the phone and on delivery.
Overall I am pleased with the service but felt that the girl who answered my phone call should have been better informed about prices and discounts. I was nearly charged about £20 too much!!!!!
