Difficult to rate. Cut seemed to be for distinctly thinner customers - made abroad ? Also, although very heavy material & fine for winter use, the overall quality was not to usual TW standards I thought.
fast and efficent service
Though cut more like hipsters than expected, I will most likely be wearing a sweater with them in winter.
Superb quality - proper corduroy not flimsy needlecord. Can you get this anywhere else?

Actual colour not the same as web-site image and not matching actual cinnamon. Trousers themselves a good fit and seemed to be good quality....just the colour was wrong.
Isn't "good" enough? On this occasion it took more time to get them delivered.

The trousers are decent quality and style. I bought online and they were not quite as i wanted through no fault of CT . i returned them and was refunded immediately and CT provided excellent communication throughout

Speedy and well packed
The trousers were a completey different colour that shown on the internet and have been returned for a refund which has not yet been received. On the internet page they were a mid brown colour and as delivered were a strong rust colour. Spoke with your people who confirmed that the colour they could see on the webpage was definitley not rust!
Usual excellent quality
But I had to return them because my wife said the colour wasn't right for an old gent.
I find the mail order service very useful and professional as whislt the staff are courteous and helpful, it can take a while to be served in the Jermyn Street store
