Great overall. Excellent service. Very prompt delivery, good products, reasonabe prices (I bought on a deal). The ony suggestion I would make is that breast pockets on a shirt should be available to those who want it, as standard, and not charged for as an extra. Otherwise very happy.

Phone salesperson was requested to supply some spare collar stiffeners, but they never arrived. Second phone call to advise of non receipt was actioned immediately.
Excellent product, but unimpressed by courier leaving parcel at front gate instead of at door. Emailed CT who responded immediately, very impressed with their reaction, won't put me off further shopping with them.

Standard sleeve length is always too long but cost of bespoke alteration is prohibitive. Can you offer an inch or two shorter too?
