You would have rated excellent, but when I make a large order of 9 shirts please do not crush the shirts by force fitting them into a single box which cannot take more than 6 or 7 shirts comfortably. Some of the shirt collars were crushed and even the brass stiffeners were physically bent! I like your product a lot or I wouldn't order 9 shirts. So don't be silly and risk losing £200 for the sake of 50 pence extra spend on a bit of packing.

As above,and also returned for exchange.I tried all three on just in case one may have been larger.(it happens some times) A good shirt,and I now look forward to my replacements arriving in the near future.
