I really like the service. However I think that the choice of classic shirts is not as good as it used to be. At one time there used to beseveral smart/casual type cheque shirts with subtle colours and patterns - no more unfortunately.

The first one sent was faulty in workmanship and had to be replaced. It was a time consuming nuisance to send it back but to CT's credit, they did everything they could to make it right for me. That was a huge positive.
Originally ordered incorrect sleeve length - as good as their word exchanged without argument, including courteous advice on how to take sleeve measurement

Prior to retirement, I was involved in computer designing small scale engineering parts, where exact fit & finish etc. were paramount. Having inspected the workmanship of all these products from CT, I thought I was back at work! Lovely quality all round......... and I've just ordered some more!
