Quick service and excellent quality

Excellent website, easy to use, and service excellent. Order dispatched and received in a timely fashion. Also one of the few people that make quality shirts that actually fit - tailored shirts are fabulous fit for someone with wide shoulders!

The service is very good, however, I am a bit tired of seeing all the shirts constantly in a sale. I don't know why you don't just price them at 25 or 30£ instead of saying they are reduced from 70£. Not everyone likes buying out of a sale....

The shirts are a better fit than TM Lewin, but not as good a quality - I might buy shirts again. I shall stick with Joseph Turner for my ties. I am rather annoyed about the collar stiffeners.
During my first order I would have purchased more products, in particular the ties, which were noted at 2 for £40, Online I managed to order 3 at £20 each, but whenever I added the 4th product it registered at full price

Good, fast delivery, no hassles
Great shirts, quickly delivered. I'm tall and slim and this is the only place i've found that does slim shirts (the 'tailored fit' ones are slim) with long enough sleeves. And they're good quality. Ideally would be cheaper but nevertheless will buy from them again (assuming prices don't go up).
Good service items arrived VERY fast !
Incredible no questions asked returns policy. I accidentally ordered wrong size, they took shirts back (one was open and had been worn) and replaced immediately. Will definitely use them again when they have more designs.
