There was a problem in terms of availability on one of the items on the order. Although this only came to light when I received the other item the lady who dealt with my follow-up call was extremely helpful; the second item was sent to me the next working day without charge but with sincere apologies. The after sales service certainly made me feel my custom was valued by the company. By the way the two items are both of excellent quality and exactly as advertised.
