The shirts and service online from Charles Tyrwhitt was excellent, however, the courier service used did not follow the printed instructions on package, leaving the delivery 'behind a bush' in the front garden rather than with a neighbour as had been requested.

Great product but rather cheeky charging xtra for patch pocket when most makers offer this as standard. Why not charge extra for no pocket?
