Excellent quality and with a £20 voucher on a half-price item, giving a £60 bow-tie for £10, a first-rate bargain. Will definitely be wearing it for our fortcoming concerts in Leipzig and Dresden.
Overall good service - except delivery times can be too long.
Whilst it took a long time to complete the order on this occasion, I was kept fully informed of the progress with the option to cancel. So a potentially negative review is instead a positive one.
Friendly, timely and efficient
Does the job perfectly. Has an interesting adjustment for collar size, so fits all neck sizes. However... I felt bit of a freud wearing a ready tied bow-tie... Maybe you could have a video on your website showing how to tie a bow-tie? Might give potential customers the courage to buy a prop[er bow-tie!
I cannot remember the lady's name who took my order. I only wish I could as her customer service level was beyond reproach. I am by definition not the best customer in the world especially when it comes to ordering on line or by phone but this lady got me what I wanted, tailored and knowing it was urgent tracked it and sent me an E mail. I had my shirt and all accessories in 3 days. Thanks Ash

Nice tie, not obviously a clip on. Sizing guide for adjustment bears no resemblance to reality but once you find the right slot you never have to touch it again.
