Easy to use website, prompt delivery and great shirts. Little bit irritating that I had to buy knot cuff links to take me over the £50 free delivery limit as the shirts are rounded to 50p!

However on a recent faulty product (shirt with marks) I had to return it and pay the postage which I felt was unfair (product was bought in the sale but I still think it's unfair to charge someone who's returning a faulty product). I have also noticed that the ties appear to be 'shortening' in overall length (perhaps to save on the cost of silk etc). This is awkward for me as I'm very tall.
