It could be excellent as it used to be save for the fact that, unfortunately the choice in CLASSIC FIT for NON IRON shirts has deteriorated completely to the advantage of SLIM FIT and EXTRA SLIM FIT. the choice of clours in Classic Fit is strange and cannot be worn for business (purple and lack stipes, mauve etc) the choice for the other fits is much more classic and attractive. Why by the way I have heard thic complaint from quiet a few of your customers!

Dissapointed that the range of Chinos I wanted to purchase were out of stock.
I used to use you because of the quality of your shirts but the last 2 white shirts I have purchased were a thinner fabric and have since only lasted 6 months or so. When I complained about the 1st shirt's stiching coming apart on the cuff it took over 5 weeks to get a replacement and I had to do all the chasing to get this resolved. Since then the other white shirt I bought has started to have the cotton frey. Normally a Charles shirt would last me 18-24 months which is a shame.
The customer service was excellent, unfortunately you were let down by rubbish delivery company Hermes. Stick with UPS,DHL or Parcelforce as this just ruins the image of your company
I am proud to say thst i am a loyal customer of CTS, I have been buying cloths from CTS since ages and you will be surprised to know that my wardrobe consists of only CTS clothing but no other brands. CTS cloths and their customer service are excellent. As a loyal customer of CTS I take this opportunity to let you know my concerns regarding classic fit shirts. I have all the classic fit shirts of CTS and I am expecting some more new designs and colours. I also liked many other shirts which are in slim fit but unfortunately not in classic fit. I would like to have all those designs in classic fit as well . And also wish there shoul be more verities in grey, black&brown shades as well.

Beautifully tailored (though off the peg) morning suit, etc. Special thanks to Paul in Glasgow who did a first class job phoning early (0830) as arranged to let me know the clothes had arrived, looking after me in the shop and arranging for the trousers to be shortened locally and returned to the shop within the hour. Now that's what I call service!

I only purchased vouchers because I was in a hurry so that I can choose something else later (birthday present from my sister).
