Fantastic customer service, especially on a face to face basis at a branch. Exchanged incorrectly ordered product at the shop, replacement arrived the following day for pickup including a call on your supplied number to let you know it's arrived - brilliant !!!
good delivery service and packaging
Although the Customer service from Charles Tyrwhitt is excellent the courier service is definitely the worst I have experienced. Goods were eventually delivered via Hermes UK 3 days late - this is undeniably the WORST courier service company in the UK (search Google for complaints).
Goods were 'tracked and out for delivery' at 05:28 on 18/04/15 - next entry on Hermes tracking at 19:56 on 18/04/15 stated 'Courier to Re-attempt on 20/04/15' . Courier admitted that no attempt to deliver to my address had been made on that day at all! Goods were eventually delivered at 18:30 on Mon 20/04/15. I had sat indoors waiting on all 3 days. No apologies to me from courier when questioned and he said that he ran out of time to make delivery on 18/04/15!! He really did not seem to care and told me to contact Hermes UK if I had a complaint! (Hermes UK does not provide a phone number to do this). I informed Customer Service at Ch. Tyrwhitt who have kindly refunded delivery charge to me.
In future please DO NOT despatch my orders by Hermes UK - use Royal Mail instead or a better courier service. If goods are despatched via Hermes UK in the future I will close my account immediately!!
Ch. Tyrwhitt you offer a great service and excellent value which is completely let down by this poor courier service - please change before you reputation is tarnished! I hope this feedback is passed onto the relevant manager at Ch. Tyrwhitt.

Slight hiccup with tie in that the tie I wanted was listed in the offer catalogue but was not listed as part of the offer on your records. Very helpful staff offered an alternative. Goods arrived two days after placing the order.
