Service rating : Online booking was straightforward. All arrangements flights, transfers, hotel and car hire went as promised. Would recommend or use again.
Product rating : Staff were exceptionally helpful. Hotel is ideally situated for easy access to beach & town centre. There is off-street parking close by - very important in St Helier! Rooms were spacious and clean. Although there is a lift ,there are still some internal & external stairs. Breakfast options are a bit limited but we were in early May.
