Service rating : I had not realised that it was a download solely as I wanted to purchase a CD to play in my car for the grandchildren. I have tried to burn the download onto a CD but it does not work effectively.Product rating : I am glad that it is children singing as my grandchildren respond well to other children singing. However sometimes the accompaniment drowns the children's voices. A simple piano accompinament would do.

However, the songs were disappointing.Product rating : I did not get a chance to play the songs before downloading and the information did not state the age range of children this would be suitable for. My child is 10 and the songs were for children aged 2-3. Suffice to say, the songs were deleted from my computer after the first playback.
Service rating : I've rated you good because my son has several of your other nursery rhyme DVDs which are much better than Jingle Bells. However, Jingle Bells is rated poor. Comments below.Product rating : I feel you missed an opportunity to pull off a really enjoyable Christmas DVD. Instead it looks like half the children singing are miserable and have no energy or enthusiasm - a lot different from most of the other DVDs you've done. Even my 2 year old asks me to skip the tracks! Also the craft demonstrations are in real time and too slow for a young child to want to keep watching.

I bought the same cd box set twice, but on separate days, and I was really impressed that a lady called Lianne Tomasso noticed that it was a duplicate order. She emailed me to make sure I hadn't make a mistake before accepting the order. Briliant! If only everything in life worked out like that :-)
