I purchased a Zombie Experience as a surprise birthday gift. The package from Buyagift came swiftly enough however I have been unable to contact the company who runs the even on the advertised phone number. I have left many messages on the voicemail and now when I ring the number cuts me off before i reach voicemail. Obviously I am deeply dissastisfied with the service I have received, the date of the birthday is fast approaching and if I do not get this issue resolved soon then I will have no choice but to get a refund from Buyagift. Any feedback or assistance in this issue will be gratefully received Chris Alborough

This is not the first experence I have purchased from Buyagift.I have the e-voucher, My husband is realy looking forward to this experance, if it is as good as the others we have had then he will be one very happy man. We will be booking this when we come back after our short break.Hoping it is as easy to do as the previous purchases.

I bought the voucher for myself and my boyfriend. We were surprised with how big the Virgin Active in Sheffield was and were particularly impressed with how clean the place was. I had the facial with scalp massage, the staff were friendly and asked if there were any particular problems that needed to be focused on, i pointed out that i had dry skin. The best part of the spa day had to be the jacuzzi - it was amazing. It was probably the biggest and best jacuzzi i've been in. Definitely a recommended spa day.

i dont normaly shop on the internet so was a bit worried but this company was very professional, easy and helpful. it has left me feeling i will definetly use them again. i had a slight worrie when i hadnt got a email to confirm my order so i spoke to some one on the phone who were brilliant polite and very helpful
