Service rating : Service was OKProduct rating : The Heater has problem with turning on. First few times it worked but not anymore. As long as the Control Knob is pressed the ignition stays on but turns off even if I hold up to 45 to 60 second. It is definitely a defective product.

Better than last time. Ordered Jack and was delivered on time, but company clearly uses a cheap courier that gave problems last time. This time I had no option but for them to leave the goods in the open down the side of the house. Not ideal. Busy Outdoors should consider the courier as important as the rest of the service - if not more important and upgrade to a better courier.
