Need 2 get it together before customer signs quotes14-Jun-2013I got a quote, signed and thought I was done n was wait ing for payments to start and then I got email saying they had to change some things bc of underwriting and cost tripled. So after explain that I thought I was ready to sign and get an email next day saying need 3 year loss comp from prior insurance and more questions. The process is to long and seems as if y'all should get that info and not me. Just saying. We in business and once we think we finish, and was told twice its a done deal then come found out still in limbo. A limitless distraught

Their customer service was great! They had my policy and any certificates I needed promptly. They explain everything in detail. I would suggest anyone to go through them. Also, they are very affordable especially for small businesses.
At first, the service seemed very good and I liked my agent, but it ultimately took me over 2 weeks to finally bind coverage on a very simple and basic policy. I had to deal with at 3 least three different people and although they were all helpful and reasonably competent, I dont like dealing with 3 people. My coverage qoute for workers comp was $12,000. I explained that this was not right and received a new quote for $9,000. After several emails and finally a phone call from me with a demand to research the situation, finally got a proper quote of $2,000... 10 days later. Jennifer is great, but in this case, it was much more demanding on my time than should have been necessary.
Jennifer did an awesome of sticking with me when I asked her 10M questions. She has always been informative, understanding and helpful. And, your premium price is far better than I was paying before. Great stuff.
