The service from Brolliesgalore was good, but unfortunately whatever delievery company they used were rubish. Firstly they couldn't find our flat, even though it is very obviously labelled, and then we recieved no information about when (not even what day) the package was going to be delivered, so there were times when they turned up but no one was in. I was also unable to get in contact with the delivery company to ask when they would deliver again- I would rate them Bad.
Absolutely beautiful and very useful. I used it the same day it got here and I'm delighted
