Service rating : Delivery poor. Received message to say could not be delivered as 'no-one at home' which was false as we were. Called delivery office - man there unhelpful and tried to fob me off saying I should call the supplier as he could not raise the driver. I insisted he take the responsibility to getting it delivered. Was delivered later that day.Product rating : looks good - have not had to use so not able to comment further
