Service rating : Delivery poor. Received message to say could not be delivered as 'no-one at home' which was false as we were. Called delivery office - man there unhelpful and tried to fob me off saying I should call the supplier as he could not raise the driver. I insisted he take the responsibility to getting it delivered. Was delivered later that day.Product rating : looks good - have not had to use so not able to comment further

The products appear to be sturdy enough to survive the Scottish weather. They look great, they are precticaly and I feel they are the only unbrellas that actually keep you dry. You can bring the uncrella right down as you can still see through it. It also keeps the wind out. Worth buying and worth the money.

Infatti,noi l'abbiamo comprato perchè, sul vostro sito, c'era scritto: diametro 83 cm...e, dato che la mia fidanzata usa abitualmente un ombrello UV che ha un diametro da 86cm, abbiamo pensato andasse bene...Invece, il vostro ombrello, in realtà, ha un diametro di 93 cm! E quindi è molto più grande!Mentre noi cercavamo un ombrello con protezione UV più piccolo e leggero...speriamo in futuro di poter trovare sul vostro sito ombrelli UV pieghevoli, più piccoli, leggeri e comodi da portare...questo lo useremo per la pioggia, perchè usarlo per il sole è troppo grande e un pò pesante...
