Thank you for leaving us your valued feedback. I am sorry to hear that your chosen hotel did not meet up to your expectations. I have checked your file and it would appear that we have not been advised of your unhappiness up until now. Had we of been made aware within 28 days of the date of return then an investigation would have been made into any of the points raised. As this has now exceeded, the supplier will not accept any complaints, however, I will certainly pass your feedback over to them.
