Service rating : very good thank youProduct rating : The food was inedible, the organisation was shocking, trays of high risk foods were left uncovered in the sun for hours on end. Our room was not serviced properly for a week with no change of bedding and we had to ask for clean towels and toilet rolls. This hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment the equipment failed in the restaurant, we were sent to the st georges pack but then sent back as the restaurant there was full. The restaurant regularly ran out out of food. Management was practically none existent.

good apart from our arrival time at tranfer desk was booked for 9.55pm when we arrived at 9.am we had to wait an hour and half for them to find a space on the bus.

Service rating : Good, except the operator told me there was no transfers from the airport as the hotel was only 10 mins away, this was not the case - it was at least half an hour away and cost us 50.00E each way! Also, she didn't mention that the hotel was not near the town, it was an hour walk or 20 mins on the bus! Apart from that she was helpful because I actually phoned for a different holiday and she found us this one.Product rating : The hotel was in the middle of nowhere and it had no entertainment so there wasn't much to do at night. But it was very clean, comfortable and friendly.

We did have a problem with mosquito's, they were everywhere at dusk and we got bitten to peices on the first coupe on nights, deterrent spray didn't do much either. Local drinks were great and included in the AI, food was average and pleasant enough but not much range. Were left guessing most night with no labels on the food though. Cabanas was a nice place and there were a couple of great restaurants on the front, beach was lovely and a nice little boat ride to get there.

The staff during the day were rude & arrogant. The cleaners only entered my room twice & all they did was remake the bed. No cleaning was done at all. I had to empty rubbish myself. It's a shame because its in a great location but needs serious changes to be made
