I am sorry to hear you had some issue with your Condor booking. We have now found out that there was a technical problem within our computer system. We have logged the issue with our software provider in order to avoid this incident happening in the future.

Service rating : Really good and responsive service from Valerie Poncel.
Product rating : We had a really good trip, it was a shame that the Condor Ferry left 1/2 hour and then had engine problems (again!) which means that we were over 1 hour late arriving in France! The Coach Driver "Stephane Jouenne" of Keolis was lovely. The delay of the Ferry meant that we didn't get our shopping time in Rennes, but went straight to the restaurant "Taverne de la Marine" we had a fantastic meal, the staff were lovely and we had a private room with a large table, the food was delicious!

Good overall service. The only criticism would be that the return terminal number was not provided on the itinerary, which meant that our taxi did not know where to drop us off. We also were in a telephone queue, waiting for 5 minutes and unable to get the information from Bontour.

Thank you for your comment regarding your flight to Paris. The CDG Terminal number is mentioned on our "General Flight information" letter which can be obtained by clicking on the relevant links shown on your confirmation invoice.
I do apologise for the wait when calling us on Sunday. We have experienced a great numbers of call probably due to the lovely sunshine.

Product rating : Very clean and breakfast very good. Shame we didn't have free wifi in our room. Only available in bar and reception areas. Walking distance of shops so ideal for us.

Service rating : I booked at very short notice, however received very efficient service.
Product rating : Generally a good Hotel, Reception was efficient and the staff helpful and courteous. The car parking is limited. The staff seemed stretched over breakfast, 20 mins from ordering toast and coffee until its arrival on both morning.

Service rating : Fine once we got going. My original request for information got lost. Great from there on, though, and seamless.
Product rating : Service and swimming pool very good. Food not brilliant but overpriced and asking £2 to borrow a towel (not a deposit, a "rental") was ludicrous. Room very tired and in need of a revamp. Sound gone on TV and tap wouldn't close. Very clean however. Ideal rating would be between good and poor.

Service rating : Quite happy with the service provided by Bontour.
Product rating : Generally very happy and would definitely stay there again. However just two gripes, which to be fair we did not complain about whilst we were there. There was a steady flow of ants on the kitchen worktops and we found the water temperature in the indoor pool to be a bit on the chilly side. As I say we did not feel strongly enough to complain and would stay there again but still worth mentioning I think.

Service rating : The service from Bon Tour could not have been better .
Product rating : Been going too Vernuil Parc 8 yrs now .The self service restaurant has improved a lot since last year , also the Baguette shop at entrance .For the first time we stayed in the two story chalets ,much improved from the older ones .But it is becoming expensive.

There was no info at airport when returning home that we were going to be an hour late due to plane going tech..
I believe that the airline was waiting for passengers from another destination to arrive to fill plane up more

Thank you for your comments with regard to your return flight back to the UK. Unfortunately from time to time all airlines suffer delays which may be caused either by weather or technical problems. Once you have checked in with the airline it is their responsibility to keep you updated on the status of the flight and as soon as they have information on the possible departure time this will be relayed to the passengers.

I hope this short delay did not spoil your overall holiday enjoyment and that we may have the pleasure of being of service to you in the future.

Product rating : The apartment was too small for a family of 4, and the reception opening times were limited it was differcult to locate the building to obtain our keys and there was no one available to leave or keys with. On a positive it was clean and very central.

The trip went well untill i was on the way to the airport in paris, the driverasked me which terminal and could not tell him because there was nothing on my booking confirmation. This then cost me an expensive call on my monile as i was put on hold for ages before i could get through to find out.

Service rating : I wanted a mini break off Island for the following day, it was no problem for Bontour even with such short notice. Everything booked the next day the flight outgoing was cancelled however I managed to book with another airline. Bontour kindly took all the stress out of getting a refund with the original airline and did all the chasing and arranged the refund with no fuss at all. We still had a marvelous overnight mini break which was appreciated. 5 stars to Bontour.
