What a brilliant venue for a party! Not only that, some of the guests didn't attend; I discussed this with the on duty staff, they took the wristbands and assured me I would be refunded by the office ASAP. They weren't wrong. The money was back in my account by five past nine in the morning! I would recommend this place to anyone, but if your are taking children either make sure you have enough adults to shadow them or make sure you all go together. We " lost" one child, ( you can't do this as they can't go anywhere) but we wanted to find him for the party. The staff helped us track him down in minutes, with a minimum of fuss.
The children were a little older so the story element of the day was not appropriate. However, they thoroughly enjoyed the day, especially the boat trip and the high wires. It would be lovely to have the boat trip last a little longer but I'm aware there is probably no where else to go!
Not happy that I booked on line yet still had to queue with everyone else paying on the day - very poor customer service because there was actually a member of staff on the other till but he informed us he was closed! we also followed the signs for story time for 1530 showing - waited in the blazing sun for 10 mins to be told that it was at different location that day!! Too late to get there so missed it - very upset grand daughter. On leaving we waited to leave our competition entry but member of staff totally ignored us as he was more interested in telling another member of staff how to record her hours!!
We took our two grandchildren to Bewilderwood and we had a fabulous day. They enjoyed every minute of our time spent there and we will definitely visit again. Great value for money.

Best birthday party EVER! Fabulous lunch in the Yurt! The staff at Bewilderwood ALWAYS have impressed me, however this time you were "top notch". We had a group of 3-12 yo children and 8 adults that LOVED the experience! No fighting, no complaining, no whining from the kids...just pure "natural" innocent fun! Can you bring one to America? We came to BeWILDerwood last week and had an absolutely FAB time! My students and staff thoroughly enjoyed the day. We ordered the weather which was grand and there were no queues. The students loved all the climbing, sliding and zip-wiring! And although they have several disabilities they managed to have loads of fun. Your staff were very accomodating and please can we say a massive thank-you to each and everyone of them!
We all had a fantastic day! The place is so well laid out with a range of activities for the children to enjoy. Everyone was really helpful and friendly through the organisation before we came and when we arrived. Although there are a couple of places where my colleague was unsure of the suitability for the Reception children, we both were happy and content to let them be independent as we knew they would be safe. Thank you for a memorable experience :)
Repeat visitor, despite being 2hrs away, says much. Staff attitude excellent. However, an improved food menu would be appreciated, snack foods did little to satisfy and I noticed families leaving after 3pm. Perhaps a real meal would encourage a longer stay. Overall, am happy to recommend Bewilderwood for a day out. Send more money - times are hard !!
I thought the day was very over priced and my children were bored after only a short time. WE live near High Lodge, which has nearly as much to offer in the forest as Bewilderwood, and only charges £8.00 per car full. If the admission was cheaper, maybe one price per family/car, it would not have mattered so much that all my children did was go up and down a few slides and make a windmill.

Fab day out with an almost 4 year old
Bewilderwood was a great out for my boys aged 4 and 8 and the perfect place to meet up with my baby nephew. Sensible prices for food and drink, good service and ride assistants patient enough to answer lots of kid questions. The park was not too sprawling for us to need to keep together at all times and the helpful assistants had walkie-talkies in case any children got lost.
We had a fantastic day at Bewilderwood. We visited with 5 children ranging from age 2 to 9 and each one thoroughly enjoyed it - something for everyone!!!!

We loved the whole day climbing, sliding, swinging through the trees, it was like being a kid again my son loved the time we spent together and didn't want to go home at the end of the day.
The staff at bewilderwood were excellent, especially when you phone up to book. I think the park is overpriced for what there is. We made the journey up from essex, and it was a long way to come for what was there. Our 3 boys under 8, enjoyed themselves. But we circled the park many times, as there wasn't that much to do. I'm also glad we had a sunny day!

Good - excellent! We had a lovely day. The only comment I would make is that the toilet facilities could be better however, I do understand that this would be difficult considering the environment. Also, maybe more of a story trail around the site. A year's pass at High Lodge costs the same as a day visit for a family of 4. We really enjoyed walking around the site and were impressed at how the site does not impact at all on the natural habitat. Beautiful.

Great value for money, hardly any queues - even though there was lots of visitors the park flows well. Gets everyone active, and spending time together. Very friendly staff. Please open another in Suffolk where I live. Rendlesham forest would be a great place to have one! Only negative, ice creams expensive. A mr whippy style van would go down a treat.
