The option to receive 10% discount was not clearly advertised at checkout as described and so I did not find the box in which you put the code. Bench honoured the 10% anyway which was good, but then having tried the item on and deciding it was a bad fit I realised the returns label was not in fact a returns label but just a sticky address label. Pointless and deceiving. I am quite capable of writing an address label myself seeing as I am having to drive to the post office, queue up to weigh the goods and pay for the returns postage anyway. Writing the address on the label is no problem after all that. Advertising a "returns label" is misleading to the customer as it encourages the assumption that a trip to the post office and any additional payment for postage is not necessary. Very disappointed. Will not be using Bench online again for clothing as it is not worth the hassle. This lets the site down tremendously and if you had provided a fully functioning returns label or an option to return item in-store I would definitely have wanted to use the site in future.
