Service rating : I had the email telling me the bed was on its way over a week before the phone call to say when the delivery was planned.Product rating : thought putting the wardrobe bit together was more complicated than the bunk itself. But my son loves his new bed.
HIWAY delivery group appalling service.Advised delivery would occur between 10am and 1pm , still hadn't arrived by 5pm.On contacting highway they advised the delivery might not even be delivered that evening!

On-time and had noticed the printed manifest missed an item we'd ordered so made sure they delivered everything I was expecting, not just what was on the manifest.

It has given her loads of extra space to play in her room and all her books are now accessible. She also loves playing underneath with all her dolls. It did all take ages to build but is well worth the work.
