Service rating : The Flat pack Bed arrived and the boxes were ripped, there was a scratch on one of the bits of wood and an impact point where it had been damaged in Transit. I marked this on the delivery form an no-one got back to me from BedzRus.It's a quality item but arrived with 15 planks for the top bed and the 2nd bed had 16 planks...missing a piece of wood!! I'm not going to pursue because it took ages to arrive and my 4 year old stood and watched me build the bed jumping up and down with excitement. I can live with these slight imperfections but I paid for a bed that was BRAND new.Product rating : great item but was missing 1 piece of wood

Service rating : The only issue was having ordered the bed and orgainised a delivery date, I was told the bed was out of stock - this happened twice. However, they did arrange a Saturday delivery at no extra cost, it meant stayoing in all Saturday but I did get the bed eventually!Product rating : Very good bed for the money and very easy to put together, I knew what I was getting as had ordered one previously. Service rating : The company contacted me a few days after I placed my order to confirm a delivery date that was suitable for me - I actually needed to delay the delivery as the bedroom that the bed was going into was still being worked on, which they were fine about. Item arrived safely, well packaged and on the day requested, so very happy.Product rating : This is a really smart looking bed (in fact so smart it made mine look positively shabby)! The instructions are a bit of a test, but if you start with the obvious areas first then it all makes sense later on! I did it on my own, and it took a while, but two people would have been quicker. Once assembled the bed looks beautiful and feels robust enough. The slightly bulbous feet help it stand slightly proud from the wall so no worries about the finials marking it. All in all a very, very good buy.
