You sent me a number of emails and texts telling me the exact time the man would deliver - this was very good. However I did change the delivery location ,for the taps to be delivered to my neighbour. Luckily I was in when the man came and he was unaware of the change so despite all your correspondance it was only by chance I manged to get the taps

The picture on the internet showing a standard size bath, however the panels were too big to pass the taps and the product description did not have the details about the panel dimensions. Some of the materials supplied were poor quality. Product was overpriced.

Generally very good. Excellent staff in Castle Point showroom. Prompt, efficient delivery, everything arrived undamaged and complete. Only gripe is the product range is not large enough (particularly for taps).

I would have liked to have been able to purchase these instore instead of having to order online. I like to see, buy and then fit - not have to wait a few days for delivery. Not the best system and even with this survey you should have 'satisfactory' - to go from poor to good, is daft.
