Excellent customer service
Excellent service. I placed my order online. Bathrooms365 called to confirm my order & suggested they rearrange my delivery to save me £26! How fab is that??? No quibbles with one small item I needed to return or with a refund. We are really pleased with the service we received & the Ideal Standard bathroom suite we purchased. I would definitely recommend Bathrooms365.

A month after ordering and still no sign of the product and no answer to my email.
Very good service, cannot imagine using anywhere else.
Generlly a good experience although getting a call just the night before to see about delivery for the following day wasnt ideal as it would have been good to get a little more notice. However in this case I think the product was coming direct from the manufacturer so perhaps it wasnt a normal situation.

Phoned to confirm availability and delivery, money taken but not delivery or even acknowledgement. I had to chase them to discover where my order was. Rectified quickly but really should not have to do order processing for them I'm the client!
