My order was placed 2 weeks before paints were needed. Website said in stock, delivery 3 to 5 days. 1 day before needed, phoned and found due to be dispatched following day - too late. Cancelled order, Money refunded. Dissapointed website not accurate, however fast response for refund. Ended up paying twice as much for about 1/3 quantity of paint from another store!

I'm sorry that the website was not showing the correct stock levels for this item, sometimes an item has gone out of stock but it takes a while before the wesite updates the stock level so it still appears in stock.
I'm pleaseed you felt that your query was resolved quickly when you called though.
