Service rating : Backorder date changed three times, so I waited almost two months. The shipping cost was ridiculously high, compared to the one in other webshops, like Rockett St. George for example (£198 against £30 for approximately the same weight, and I received my parcel faster with UPS paying £30)

We are really sorry to hear that. Int'l shipping can vary so much from one country to another and is always calculated on the volumetric weight of the box, not the actual weight of the item. The volumetric weight of the stool you ordered is actually 14 kg whereas something a lot less volumetric but heavier than the stool could have actually cost £30 in shipping.

Product rating : I bought one of these when it was first featured in The Telegraph. Love, love it. Unfortunately the blades collided with a wine bottle, but I was very happy to see you still offer these and promptly ordered a replacement.

Service rating : A bit of a chaotic experience when I picked up my goods in person as Bodie and Fou had just moved into new accommodation and there was no signage to help you find the offices. It was more just lucky that I got to the right spot. The staff were friendly.

Service rating : Great service - I had to return a previous order as it didn't suit the room - processed quickly.
Product rating : I adore these lights! I worried that there was no picture of the ceiling rose and I wanted to check it was just white porcelain. It was! A quick phone call to Bodie and Fou HQ assured me of that. The only thing I wasn't expecting was the additional hook that is required just to one side of the ceiling rose to take the weight of all that lovely china! At first I wasn't sure about it, but now I don't really see it, and whilst it doesn't add to the beauty of the lights, it doesn't detract from it either.
It would have been great if this little detail had been mentioned in either the product description, or photgraphed, or mentioned when I called to enquire about how it fixes to the ceiling.
I asked for the length of the cord to be adjusted to suit our low ceiling, and that was done perfectly to our request - thank you.
With the lights off they look lovely, very artistic and beautiful clean lines. With the lights on, they glow with a wonderful ambience! Just lovely and perfect for our white room.
