Service rating : Excellent service with emails replies to promptly and order received within a few days.
Product rating : Love the red EAT letters. They are quite heavy but sturdy as made of metal. They are a real feature in my kitchen.

Product rating : I bought one of these when it was first featured in The Telegraph. Love, love it. Unfortunately the blades collided with a wine bottle, but I was very happy to see you still offer these and promptly ordered a replacement.

Awful service...have emailed several times regarding a returned item to no avail. I received a delivery note with an incorrect returns address (they had apparently moved offices over a month before). I still have no confirmation that they have received my returned item or that I have been refunded. Am really disappointed.

Industrial stool 'Have a seat'

Service rating : Pleased because although I bought something that broke quickly, it was replaced very quickly with no hassle.
Product rating : As much as I like the stool that I bought aesthetically, I wouldn't buy it again because it is made poorly. The first one broke in a few weeks (the welding simply snapped) and looking at how it is made I wouldn't be surprised if it happens again with the replacement. But, love the product range in general!

Product rating : Bought a leather bound journal in the sale at a good price. However I would have been disappointed at the full price as there are very few pages compared to a similar product from Zara Home.

Service rating : According to what I see on the homepage or in the little catalogue given to me with my order, the things BODIE and FOU sell are really beautiful. Unfortunately the item I ordered ( handbag La Tropezienne from Clare Vivier) didn't live up to what I expected it to be according to the pictures I saw on the homepage.
Product rating : The leather of the handbag looked much much thicker on the pictures. So I expected it to be much heavier. And the condition of the leather was really poor. I thought it real robust and heavy but it was very light and therefore wasn't what I expected.

Normann Copenhagen Stone hooks

Service rating : Unique gorgeous products. Very swift delivery.
Product rating : The hooks are gorgeous and whilst the box was packaged well, I was disappointed that the hooks themselves are not wrapped inside the box. They were merely left to rattle around inside the box crashing in to each other. They were a wedding gift, so I individually wrapped them in bubble wrap to protect them and to look more 'special'.
