Todd from big safety was most helpful. He took time to make sure the order met my requirements. Major problem was the courier company, tracking information was incorrect and it took to Friday 1/3 to reach the Post Office. Apparently the couriers re packaged and forwarded through Aust Post. Perhaps Big Safety could include an option on delivery mode-couier or Aust post

Service rating : Good but I would like to be able to -a)pay by direct bank deposit so I don't have to use a credit card. b) pick up products from Thornleigh/warehouse instead of paying for freight. NB - my last parcel was left at front door of delivery address (IE a post Office - before opening hrs. -this means anyone could have picked it up & taken my goods. c) why don't you send smaller parcels via Australia Post? instead of freight? i don't want to be charged more than necessary for postage - I'd prefer you to use Australia PostProduct rating : I bought gloves too - my usual order.
