Online store should close its doors now. No initiative at all. Also did not realise not all Bstore shoes have a footbed with arch support, which should be clearer on the website. There was no offer from B-store to make things right or cover any postage costs due to their errors and lack of communication. They still owe me a dollar. I gave up on the webstore and made the trip to the shop to sort everything out. I will never ever use the webstore again. In a word....FAIL!!

I'm sorry that you're unhappy with the products and the steps we have taken to try and make this right - I hope that in spite of this you'll find it in your heart to come back and give Bstore another go!

|Fit was poor. Sizing was supposed to be charted to Australian equivilant - so far wrong it's not funny. The product came with price tag that was discounted a third less then what I was charged. Returns were disastrous process. Packaging was damaged. There were more issues but I can't be bothered.|
