Service rating : I had to make a return as the original shoe was too big despite using the sizing chart online. I spoke with the store and they were helpful in recommending the next size but indicated that they have had troubles with this shoe as their are no half sizes currently available.
Product rating : I like the Fitflop brand of shoe, this is the third shoe I have bought in their range. I am not convinced that this model of shoe fits my foot despite making a return and getting a replacement size. I have only worn them once - the blisters I got have resulted in me not being able to wear them since. I think the website should state what type of foot this normally suits and give tips on the sizing issues. I wish that their were half sizes available.

Service rating : I had Merrell shoes last year so I decided to get another pair, I also wanted a pair for my friend. They were advertised for $125 but there was no stock so I left sizes required on a link set up by Bstore. I just happened to check and they had the 7 but not size 10 so i left another request. When I emailed feedback to Bstore they said my friend had to pay $155 which i thought was unfair and a bit shonky. I did point this out on an email but I have not heard from them since!.
Product rating : They are the best shoes. I got mine for a cruise last November and have worn them ever since. They are easy to wipe over and are very comfortable.
