|We were disappointed on arrival to find that we had not been given the De Luxe room that we understood had been booked. the consequence was that - according to the hotel we were upgraded to a Crystal room. Unfortunately this had neither a private balcony nor a walk in shower. In fact the bathroom was a disaster. In spite of this we did enjoy our stay and found the staff very accommodating and helpful.|
