I have purchased from Aspiga before and loved their products. The company is good with reponse time, delivery and refunds.

Thank you for your feedback on your order. I have spoken to Lisa in our web-team regarding your order as I udnerstand we refunded the returned items as they were indeed faulty. We have returned these directly to the manfacturers to show them the issue, and it seems that this was just a bad pair from an otherwise satisfactory production order. Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience or disappointment caused by this faulty pair. We do hope you were satisfied with the service you received, and the speed with which your refund was processed.

|I was extremely disappointed with the quality of these sandals. Several of the beads fell off when trying on the sandals. For the asking price I would expect far better.|
