I received a 'Dear Customer' email the next morning saying that the reason for the delay was that the Arizona espadrilles hadn't arrived from Spain. I rang the company again and they offered to send my other two items with the shoes arriving a week or so later. I shouldn't have had to chase them - a definite lack of communication. I believe the photos are wrong on the website (between the gold and silver Luna sandal). I returned my order... Cost me 35$. I changed to silver because of the leather colour... I am expecting my new exchange order shortly in the mail. Other than that the quick service was great. I got my shoes in the mail within 2 weeks which was impressive considering the distance travelled.
