Excellent service
The mattress was dirty when I unpacked it. I suspect that the plastic was torn in transit and the mattress got dirty.
We love the bed, mattress and the speed of delivery. My only issue is that Aspace only supplied 6 screws for fixing the bed slats down. I just think that is a bit tight when someone is spending a good bit of money on a bed from yourselves.
Looks v comfy
An inferior product, my 17 month old baby has been sleeping on this for just one week and the sides are already collapsing, all the springs can be felt down the side, which is a bit worrying should a small child bump into the side of the bed! This mattress was a lot more expensive than the existing three year old single mattress we already had from John Lewis, which has more padding on the sides so the springs cannot be felt. Get your mattress elsewhere!
the only reason i have rated this good instead of excellent is because the matress has already sagged abit at the top of the ladder where my daughter gets up to go to bed - seen as she is only 4 (and quite small) i wouldnt ecpect this to have happend - we have only had the mattress a couple of weeks
Very good quality
The install service was excellent. The shop service was good - but could have been better however it was a brand new store so there were naturally teething problems. we were still treated well. The additional £5 charge for a morning deliveryslot was disappointing given the amount we had spent in the shop and we refused to pay it! The Toronto bunk is great - but unfortunately the bottom bunk squeaks - otherwise this would be an excellent product! would be great if someone could contact me to see if the squeak can be removed as it might be down to the way it was put together?
Ok. Some confusion on the delivery. We wanted a timed delivery but all we could get was a 3 day delivery.
We purchased two mattress. We would have returned both, but had removed the plastice package from one. John Lewis mattress is a much better product for the same money. UK Mail were not helpful nor friendly with the collect for return.
this is a good quality cheaper mattress, feels nice a soft and padded.

It would help to get updates on when goods will be available after having made the online purchase. I had to call in couple of times to know when I was to expect the deliveries.
