Product took 4 months to be delivered due to manufacturer problem. Wouldn't have minded this had they kept me up to date a bit more, hadn't taken payment up front or at least offered me some discount on future purchases as an apology

I am very sorry for the lead-time issues that you experienced with your order, as you are aware we were temporarily having problems with the supplier we were of course liaising with them very closely to make sure we received the stock as soon as we possibly could I’m just very sorry that we were not able to do this any sooner than we did for you.
I can certainly understand the inconvenience that delays cause and I do hope that you can accept my apologies on behalf of Aspace.
