We were advised that we had to wait 6 weeks for delivery. When the product hadn't been delivered by the expected date, I had to call and chase and was advised it would be a further month due to supplier change. I should have had a courtesy call. When I finally got a date for delivery, there was an error with dispatch so half the delivery was misrouted and we had to arrange delivery on another day. The service was pretty unacceptable.

We do apologise that you weren't kept updated on the delay of your order, we're afraid supplier dates can slip however it was unacceptable that you weren't informed.
We use a third party courier and do apologise that the service they provided was disappointing and caused inconvenience.
We do hope you are happy with your purchases and would be happy to offer you a £10 gift voucher to use in the Chiswick store.
