Study furniture with good drawer. Slightly lower than the level of the lower bunk of porthouse bunkbed.
Service very efficient in store, staff knowledgable about products and very helpful. Problem with delivery due to broken down van, however staff very apologetic and goods then delivered the next day. Furniture products are of a very good quality.
Service was good, furniture is excellent. The assembly and delivery service were brilliant. Two very pleasant men arrived at 7.10am and assembled everything by 8.15am. They took all the rubbish away and left no mess.

They do great quality furniture
The first delivery of a bed side table was damaged so I phoned and spoke to Aspace and they quickly arranged for a replacement one to be sent. This was received a week later and was perfect. We have bought numerous items from Aspace and the quality is generally good but sometimes it would benefit from a better quality check. The person i spoke to at Aspace was very helpful, polite and friendly.
We have always been pleased with the products, sometimes we've had to wait for them to come into stock but it's been worth it. They are not cheap but you pay for what you get.
We were very disappointed with the wardrobe as we had to redrill some of the holes as the alignment was significantly wrong, and some of the fittings were missing and we had to provide our own. We are disappointed with the quality assurance and control given the value of the product and that we have ordered the same items a couple of years ago for our other son. All the other items of our order were fine though.
Love the furniture, very good quality - have bought beds for my 4 children from them. However find the delivery charge for every item very annoying, no other company do this. I would prefer to see a one off charge (20 or 30 pounds max) regardless of how many items are being delivered. Obviously if it is an item that can be delivered by Royal Mail, standard royal mail charges should apply.
Wonderful, good quality furniture. Looks and feels stylish. A bit of a shame that we had to wait 5 whole months for our order to be completed as some items were out of stock (not told this at the time of ordering) Also don't think our money should have been taken until order was despatched! However, not meaning to sound negative, we love the new furniture.
product quality excellent but I had a problem with the delivery date. I booked a 2 man delivery on a specific date 3 weeks in advance but it had only been booked as 'week beginning' and was not delivered until 3 days later
damaged on arrival
Have ordered two beds, two bedside cabinets and a desk and had very good service each time. When a part on one of the beds was not assembling correctly a replacement part was sent within a few days, and the problem was easily resolved.
Efficient, helpful and selling a well-designed product. Quality control? There was quite an obvious nick in the side of bunk beds we ordered, but not so bad that we could go to the immense trouble of sending them back. It should have been noticed during packing.
This item lacked sufficient packaging as did other items I ordered within this range. I think Aspace should review their third party carriers and the protection given to products whilst in transit. The draw doesn’t have anything to stop if pulling completely out and potentially hurting little toes.
The ready made-up furniture is brilliant. The self-assembly is sadly very disappointing. We had to get 3 deliveries of my daughters furniture & we still had problems with the products. Also Some mistakes made in sending curtains instead of bed linen, and when agreeing on delivery dates, the dates were still mucked up. But once all these problems were solved, the bedroom furniture is great and daughter very happy.

The product and company have been very good. The delivery via a 3rd party was a problem. The first table dispatched was not delivered and the business post would not take responiblity for this. I hope you got the funds back from them! The second delivery by Aspace directly was great, they came when they said they would were curtious and friendly. I will definately be ordering more from Aspace but will ensure all deliveries are by you directly! Thank you.
chest of drawers arrived broken, took 3 weeks to replace. I was charged delivery on replacement which again arrived broken. Now dread ringing the thoroughly unpleasant "customer service" staff yet again!
the bed and bedside cabinnet is of excellant quality. what i am slightly annoyed is the £50 delivery charge, something that is waivered if you buy sometihng else. i would expect a free deleivery service from the start in this credit crunch climate.
