I will be returning one of the blue handles as it is faulty. The nut doesn't fit the thread properly and therefore cannot be tightened.

Whilst I am happy with the finished article when it is attached to the door (The effect is exactly what we were after) I feel that Aspace could have been more helpful.
Firstly you could have advised the length of the thread. On one of our doors I had to bore out the back of the door so that I had enough thread to tighten the nut. I am not complaining about the length of the thread, I just think you could mention it on the website.
Secondly you could advise the correct drill bit to use when you are drilling through a door. In my experience a 5mm drillbit seemed to do the job pretty well. Without it is is quite easy to get carried away trying to force the handles through a smaller hole and the handles are quite flimsy.
This info could either be added to your website or onto your packaging.

All in all we are very happy with the end result but there were a few surprises on the way and we are being forced to return one incorrectly sized handle.
