So the 2 handles showed up and on one of the handles the thread was bent and not straight and this would hae been obvious to the dispatcher.
The nuts were of poor quality. As soon as I fixed the handle, I shut the door so it could be tested and when I pulled on the handle the nuts sheared off. Given the new handles were bought to replace previous handles that did not stay on this is not very satisfactory.
