Pls note - when ordering and speaking about delivery via telephone no-one spoke about timings. We were woken up at 6.30am by delivery driver telling us he would deliver in 1/2 an hour. You said you would deliver on that day but did not mention times. Our young family were woken by the phone and we were a bit miffed!!!!!!! You products are good though.

I am sorry to hear you were called at 6.30am by our drivers. We have on our system that we advised 4 days before of the estimated time of arrival, but it looks like for some reason that didnt get to you. There are full notes on the order and our logistics team have been notified of this so that it doesnt happen again. Thank you for your feedback.
