Products received very good, website terrible! Took ages to load info, really irritating the way it took ages to scroll down pages of items to view and worst of all - emptied 'my basket' 3 times for no reason, a couple of times during shopping and then when it asked me to enter my customer details. Had to trick it into finding my basket again by going back into web browser history as couldn't face spending ages looking for products on web pages again. Very nearly gave up and won't use site again as too time consuming.
Have always delivered the goods efficiently. Pleased with the quality of what I've had over the years.

We have used Aspace several times before. The service is always good, the products good. We were, however, a little disappointed with the bed we ordered this time in the short-term as is smelled strongly of paint, not ideal for our 3 year old. So we put him in a different room for a couple of nights and then left the windows open for the next 3 or so nights, after that it was okay. If it hadn't been for that it would have all been perfect. Interestingly the bed is the only thing you don't ask about below.
user friendly website, good products error in delivery, received bunk bed mattress not truckle mattress. helpful on phone to sort it out. However, on day of pick up/ redelivery I had to call 5 times to make sure they could indeed deliver in morning. Do not understand why I had to call the depot and was not given sufficient information by Aspace to get info needed. As a woking mum it cost me time I did not have and this to sort error made by Aspace. But we are very happy with the products and I have just placed another order.
This is the first time I have ever placed an order with Aspace. Despite the fact that the first delivery was damaged, I found the customer service excellent. Aspace responded professionally and quickly to replace my items. The delivery service was also very good. I think the product range is great, and all high quality items.
Aspase sells really good quality furniture which stands the hard treatment kids give it! We've had Aspace furniture for over 3 years now and it all looks pristime. Their bed linen is also lovely and very good quality.

Upon arrival i naturally wanted to wash it before use. I checked carefully but found it had no care instructions on the label or packaging. i washed and tumble dried it as i would do with all my other bedding. Obviously this was the wrong thing to do as is has shrunk and even slightly melted in places.
Lovely products, little expensive so only shop there for certain things.
The products listed below arrived quickly after ordering (much quicker than when we ordered last year) and are good quality, if at the top of the price range. One item is outstanding: The chest of drawers ordered (but not listed below?) has a rear panel that does not fit (despite several attempts by more than one person including a handyman used to building furniture), and an email about this went unanswered. I had to ring after two days to chase it up. We are currently awaiting a new rear panel which is the solution offered - although we do not think that this will solve the problem as it appears to be that the groove in one side panel is too small rather than the rear panel being too thick as it fits on the other side perfectly well. So we are waiting to see and feedback on the product itself is still pending until we have a complete unit.

Aspace seems expensive at first, but consider that the bed will last forever because it's made so well, from quality materials. I'd buy from Aspace again if I need more kids furniture and I'll recommend my purchase as I'm extremely happy with my purchase. One fault...Nothing is perfect...Not all the screws are given with your purchase...this seems a bit unfair that you spend £695 on the bed alone and then to cut costs not all the screws for the bottom bunk bed slats are provided, now I have to go and buy approx. 24 screws to fit the bed slats as they should be....almost perfect Aspace but not there yet. I'd also like to mention the delivery team were extremely careful and personable, which is a nice touch to the overall service. Maria from London.
The products are very nice. Our second order was a bit problematical though. One of the seconds was unavailable, the delivery had to be changed and when the order arrived we were missing an item and all the instructions. A little extra check would have saved us a lot of hassle.
