I requested the assembly service you provide but was advised this was not necessary. I double checked as we are a very busy household (4 children 6yrs and under) and was assured assembly would only take a few minutes. The truckle took an hour and a half to assemble and we haven't had a chance to assemble the desk and chair yet. I have used Aspace for both boy's bedroom furniture and am shortly going to get new bed and furniture for my daughter. I had intended to use Aspace again, but after this experience I am reconsidering. The person I spoke to after the flat pack arrived just trotted out ' I can't comment I'm afraid and sorry'. Clearly training speaking and a complete lack of empathy or understanding or desire to keep me as a customer. I am very disappointed.

Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience that has been caused to you.
We do endeavour as a children’s furniture company to make the assembly of our products as simple as possible, I do apologise that you did not find this the case.
I will be passing your feedback to our technical team so that they can take this on board and if at all possible make any changes that can be made to make life easier for our customers.
I do hope that you can accept my apologies.
