The bed and truckle were well made and beautiful - my daughter (5) was speechless with delight....and has slept on both already! More importantly, the customer service from your Guildford branch (Lucy in particular) was outstanding. Despite the bed just being discontinued, she managed to organise a solution to the problem within a very short time and the delivery was excellent. I cannot praise her and her colleagues highly enough.....I was extremely impressed that they managed to sort it out under very difficult circumstances.
