Seem good quality but highly priced especially then to be charged such high delivery charges in our case we had to pay 3 delivery charges for the 3 xl items. I think this is very unfair considering if you are ordering the Porterhouse bed it is highly likely that you will be needing to order a truckle and a mattress and to then charge for the delivery on these as well (albeit less) is quite extortionate especially when you are alredy paying over £1000. I think delivery should be free if you pay over £1000 or are ordering more than 2 xl items.
In addition I asked if the porterhouse truckle had legs and was told it didn't and that you did not have an oak truckle with legs at all - so I said I wasn't going to order it. I then went carefully through your catalogue and found an alternative oak truckle that did have legs which I then had to call up again to check it went with the bed. Had I not done this then you would not have had any order from me at all. Even when I phoned up again the assistant had to check if it would go with the bed. I suggest you make sure your telephone team know the range a bit better. This lack of knowledge almost caused you to lose a large order.
