I didn't like the fact delivery charge was so high and the fact the VAT wasn't included in product prices until the final page of payment. It gives you a nasty surprise at the end. In addition I also found it very expensive that I paid for 2 separate assembly charges (total £90) for a bed and a bookcase. On delivery the delivery men said they were only instructed on their sheet to carry out one assembly (the bed) but they said they had built the bookcase for me anyway as it only took them 5 minutes. This was kind of them but it then made me realise I had been charged £40 for a 5 minute job. These 3 factors, the delivery charge, the multiple assembly charges & the omission of VAT on the product prices meant the whole transaction was far more expensive than I'd originally anticipated, leaving me quite annoyed with Aspace for the rest of the day. I believe these aspects could be addressed on your website.

Very good service. Bemused by size of box and amount of bubble wrap used to pack such small items - not very good for business/profits or the environment.
I can't put the handle?
Happy enough with service and goods. Only gripe is regarding packaging on memo board. It was packaged in a heavy duty bag but it arrived bent. Luckily it could be bent back without any visible damage.
I will be returning one of the blue handles as it is faulty. The nut doesn't fit the thread properly and therefore cannot be tightened. Whilst I am happy with the finished article when it is attached to the door (The effect is exactly what we were after) I feel that Aspace could have been more helpful. Firstly you could have advised the length of the thread. On one of our doors I had to bore out the back of the door so that I had enough thread to tighten the nut. I am not complaining about the length of the thread, I just think you could mention it on the website. Secondly you could advise the correct drill bit to use when you are drilling through a door. In my experience a 5mm drillbit seemed to do the job pretty well. Without it is is quite easy to get carried away trying to force the handles through a smaller hole and the handles are quite flimsy. This info could either be added to your website or onto your packaging. All in all we are very happy with the end result but there were a few surprises on the way and we are being forced to return one incorrectly sized handle.

I am thrilled with the glass knobs I recently purchased. I have used them on my kitchen units which have been transformed. Great service and prompt replacement for one that was damaged. So you don't only please children but also a 72 year old also! Thankyou.
