I love the product and the branding, but the service was a little slow

We have been buying products from Aspace for about 8 years for both our daughters. We have always found the staff to be friendly, helpful and efficient. Even when we've had a problem with a faulty product quite some time after buying it, they sorted it out quickly and with no quibbles.
The service was excellent from start to finish. I would especially like to comment on the delivery men who were extremely helpful, courteous and considerate. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were extremely efficient and gave advice on how to assemble the furniture. They made a fuss of my daughter, whose furniture this was, and it all just added to a wonderful experience. It is not often you get a friendly and helpful delivery man these days!
The chair is well made comfortable to sit in and my daughter loves it.
Order was processed quickly and delivery slot booked with ease. Did not receive call two days' before confirming 2 hour time slot (as highlighted when booking 2 man delivery) and had to therefore call to find out details the day before.
Good except delivery man was not very helpful - reluctant to help get boxes into the house.
